kids. Four kids is a lot of kids, even when you are used to them jumping on you
all day. But when you're not used to it on a daily basis, I could see why my bro
would look like he needed a nap after an hour of being here.
It was really very hot out the other day, too hot to run around outside, so
we were hanging out in our nice air-conditioning enclosed porch. Some might even
call it a sun room. The point is, it's air conditioned. And that, my friends,
was my brother's inspiration for it all.
For all what, you ask? Excellent question.
The kids wanted to blow bubbles and we only had one bottle of bubbles around so to deter the inevitable fighting, my brother held the bottle and blew the bubbles for the kids, with the kiddies chasing the bubbles, laughing, having a great time. But as any adult knows, there's only so long a person can blow bubbles before that person feels
like passing out. So my bro, the innovative one, held up the bubble wand to the
air conditioner and oh man - the bubbles were everywhere! It was amazing. There
is absolutely no way that a human being could blow that many bubbles, ever. The
air conditioner blew hundreds of bubbles into the room and my brother, with a
huge smile on his face, sat back on the couch and every so often dipped the wand
into the bottle and rested his hand on the arm of the couch as the air
conditioner did all the work. Brilliant.
