Do you remember flying that airline to Israel? Because if you do, you're old, just like us.
My oldest recently went away for Shabbos for the first time, and needed a suitcase. But not really a suitcase, because it was just one night away, so he needed more of a carry-on.
I dug this out of the crawl-space in the attic - and I knew right away that it was old. First, it was dustier than my bookshelves and those guys have not been dusted once since we moved back into this house. Also, the sticker on the suitcase, along with the luggage tag (my parents have not owned the house at that address for many many years) were the dead giveaways.
Not to worry - I did not send my boy out into the world with this nerdy carry-on and it's half an old sticker. Instead, I unpacked the good bag that Josh used on his last business trip and repacked it for the kid.
I'm nice like that.
