Today, we made apple pie hamentashen and raspberry-coconut ones as well. The kids made these modern-art-free-form shaped ones (the boys tried, what can I say) but the girls were meticulous and their efforts paid off.
These are also very tasty, but I don't like the taste of coconut so I did not feel the need to store these at a great distance from myself. Josh, on the other hand, was not allowed to know where these were hidden.
It's going to snow again this week (shocking!), so don't feel bad if you didn't spend all day baking today on this Sunday before Purim.
